My Favorite Apple Crumble
I just love this recipe for Apple Crumble from Kraft Foods, it's super easy and just as yummy! The Nilla brand wafers and honey nut cream cheese give it a perfect combination of crunchy and creamy. As one of our family's favorite fall desserts, we keep this recipe close at hand. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Fall in Love with Fall!
Well the kids are back in school, the temperature is dropping, and the leaves in the hills are slowly changing colors. Fall is officially here. Fall has recently become my favorite season, with it's rich colors, crisp mornings, and the all around romantic feeling I get when autumn arrives.
I also believe another reason I love this season so is that along with it comes Halloween and Thanksgiving, two of my favorite holidays. To celebrate these upcoming holidays, we will be posting all new holiday and fall themed items in our shop. Keep watch for new holiday decor, greeting cards, gift items, kids items, and much more!

Recipe: Summertime Strawberry Yogurt Pops
Perfectly cool for summer, the kids (and adults too!) will love these creamy frozen treats! You can use pretty much any berry or fruit for these, but our family's favorite is strawberry.
Berry Yogurt Pops
1 pint of Strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
12 oz Vanilla Yogurt
2 Tbs. Honey
1 Cup Milk
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, or if you don't have popsicle molds, pour into an empty ice tray, cover with plastic wrap and insert toothpicks into the middle of each cube. Place into freezer until frozen. Then enjoy!
Did you know?
*Berries contain antioxidants and polyphenols, which may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and some cancers.
*Raw honey has antiseptic and antibacterial properties which result from it's low water content.
*Yogurt is rich in protein, calcium, riboflavin, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12

Sunshine on My Shoulders
The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and the kids are out of school. Summer is finally here! I, for one, am more than happy to be enjoying the warm rays of the sun. I personally spend the majority of the summer out in the yard gardening, doing projects, and just enjoying the day. I also love to entertain on the patio and host dinner parties and barbeques now that the evenings are nice. Come to think of it, there's not much about summer that I don't like, really. I have also been working on summer tips and recipes that I will be posting soon. Well I'm off to water my beautiful flowers. Here's to you and yours!

Rain, Rain, Go Away
Ahhh spring, the mention of the word brings thoughts of birds chirping, flowers blooming, and sunshine. But here in Idaho, this time of year is always a little frustrating as the weather turns from cold and snowy, to cold and wet and snowy. Sure, sure we get the birds and the flowers and the sun, but in only small spurts, sprinkled here and there. I long to garden and dine on the patio, but for now, I watch it rain and snow and daydream about the sunshine to come, hopefully sooner than later. The up side, however, to our crummy weather is that I have been using my recent abundance of time indoors to create new items for the shop. My springtime daydreams have inspired us to make fun new items for the more summery months, that I'm really excited about :) I will be posting these new items soon, and be sure to also look for new specials and shop sales on our blog in the coming weeks!
Health, Happiness, and Harmony to all!
